Descripton :

Cumin, a seed used to better taste soups, stews, salads, and to flavor rice. Cumin products contain cumin sweat, cumin powder and yogurt, cumin tea, and cumin seeds. Green Cumin is a lighter green color that distinguishes it from black cumin and has a stronger, virulent, taste and a sharper taste than black cumin. Cumin is used as an anticonvulsant, beneficial for relieving epilepsy, flatulence, corrector, and antiperspirant.


Iranian Cumin harvest season:

Cumin planting is done both in autumn in pampas areas and spring in highlands with earlier and colder winters. The foremost date to plant cumin is in late November to late December. Belonging on the hauteur of the cumin planting place, it is provided to be harvested from late May to early June.
